根据客户需要，为并购（含外资并购）或企业重组项目提供全程法律顾问服务，开展法律尽职调查，设计法律结构，出具可行的项目建议及方案，协助客户沟通、谈判，起草、审阅、修改项目文件，跟进、推动项目进程，组织或参加各方会议，就项目过程中客户提出的专项问题进行法律研究，并出具备忘录或专项法律意见。
